Norton Internet Security is driving me insane?

I have logged onto the Internet and a pop-up keeps er... popping up telling me that DSC.exe is attempting to access the internet.

I tell it to permit always and then 5 seconds later it pops up again.

How do I stop, and please tell me quick before I throw my computer out the window.
