Best all-in-one security suite for the price?

I have been considering System Mechanic 7, but I heard it has a lot of flaws, including incompatibility with Windows Vista. And I really don't trust that freeware has as much quality as paid products or is sufficient enough to keep my computer safe and running at peak performance as long as possible; there has to be a catch somewhere. That's why I'm looking for a comprehensive suite even though I have Ad-Aware Personal SE and Spybot Search and Destroy installed, and they are the best of their kind. That being said, I am keeping my mind open, if you can present me with some REALLY good freeware. Any help would be nice.

There is really no good "all-in-one" security suite, by all in one I would assume that you mean "anti-virus, Firewall, and Anti spam", as far as anti virus goes, AVG Free edition is really all that you will need for a home environment, if it is a corporate environment then I would recommend, symantec enterprise edition, which you will notice does not come with any firewall hocus pocus. The windows firewall that comes with windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista is more than sufficient to deal with any threats without inhibiting your ability to network your computer, share files, printers, music, and other resources. Most of the "all-in-one packages" cause more performance problems than they create.
